T-85IIAP 200+ 1994 125mm gun, 12.7/ 7.62mm MG Pakistan ordered 200 in 1994 and later more in 1996 due to delays in Al-Khalid's development. Pakistan locally manufactures components of the T-85 and assembled the tanks at HIT.
T-69IIAP 250 - 100mm gun, 12.7/ 7.62mm MG An updated version of the T-59. Production in Pakistan began in 1990.
T-59M 1,200 1978 105mm gun, 12.7/ 2 x 7.62mm MG First ordered 1975. China delivered about 50/year from 1978-82. Original 100mm gun replaced with 105mm for compatibility with ammunition of widely used L7/M68 105mm gun. The latest upgrade, Al-Zarrar, to start by mid-2002 which includes a 125mm main gun..
